How we work with businesses
Regular deliveries
We agree a schedule based on your turnover – every week, twice a month, on set days or whenever your warehouse calls. You don’t have to renegotiate every time: just call or send a Viber message saying “one truck of dark pallets tomorrow” and we’ll organise the delivery.
Exchange – pallets for pallets
Our trucks work on the return leg too. We bring the pallets you need and, before leaving, load your old, damaged or surplus ones. We inspect them on site, no sorting is needed, and their value is deducted from your bill. Mixed orders
We can combine different types in one truck – for example new EPAL pallets for exports, used dark pallets for the warehouse and a few pallet collars for bulk goods. That way you pay for a single transport.
Licensed repairs
If you work with EPAL pallet exchange, repaired pallets must have been repaired by a licensed repairer. G-PAL holds EPAL licence BG-308, an official licence issued by EPAL.
Exports
We work with manufacturers certified under ISPM 15 (International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15) for wood packaging material – required for exports outside the EU.
Wholesale pricing – how it’s set
The wholesale price is a daily price. It depends on the type and grade of pallets, the quantity per delivery, how often you order, the distance to your warehouse and whether there is a return load of old pallets. Delivery anywhere in Bulgaria
Our yard is in Plovdiv. Within Plovdiv and Plovdiv Province we deliver the same day – to the industrial zones, warehouses and production sites in and around the city. For businesses in other towns we plan deliveries by arrangement. The delivery cost depends on distance and quantity, with no fixed minimum. How to plan your pallet needs
Most companies know how much stock they ship, but few keep track of how many pallets they need. Here’s a simple method: count the pallets that leave your warehouse in a week, and those you get back or receive with incoming goods. The difference is your real weekly need. Add a buffer for peaks – the season, holidays, large orders. With that figure we can propose a delivery schedule and a daily price that reflects the quantity.
It’s just as important to know what builds up on your site. Incoming goods often arrive on pallets you don’t need – skids, non-standard sizes, dark pallets. Instead of taking up space, they can turn into cash: we buy them back with every delivery. For some companies, the return load covers a significant part of the bill for new pallets.
Seasonal peaks
For farmers, food processors and traders, demand for pallets rises sharply in certain months. If you know a busy season is coming, call us early. That way we can plan the trips and secure the grade of pallets you need instead of searching at the last minute. After the season we can buy back your surplus pallets.
