Our warehouse is in Plovdiv, but we deliver pallets, euro pallets and wooden crates across Bulgaria with our own trucks. That means the schedule is ours — we are not waiting for a free carrier and not loading a groupage shipment that tours the country for three days.
Where we deliver
Anywhere in the country. Most often we load for:
- Sofia and the Sofia region;
- Plovdiv and the Plovdiv region — same-day delivery;
- Varna and the Black Sea coast;
- Burgas, Stara Zagora, Haskovo;
- Ruse, Pleven, Veliko Tarnovo.
If your site is outside these directions we will still arrange it — send the address and we will come back with a lead time and a price.
How the delivery price is set
Two factors: the distance, and how many pallets fit in the truck. On a full load the transport cost per pallet is several times lower than on a batch of 50. So if your quantity is small, it is worth asking whether we have a run in the same direction — we can often add you to an already planned trip.
Buy-back — the return leg
The same trucks work on the way back. If you are selling pallets, we come to you, inspect, pay on the spot and load. You do not need to sort them or find transport.
What to tell us when you enquire
- what you need — new or used pallets, crates, collars;
- the quantity, and whether it is a one-off or monthly;
- the delivery address, or the loading address if you are selling;
- whether the goods are leaving the EU — so we can confirm ISPM 15 heat treatment.

Frequently asked questions about delivery
Where do you deliver?
Our base is in Plovdiv, which puts Pazardzhik, Stara Zagora, Haskovo, Asenovgrad, Karlovo and Dimitrovgrad within easy reach. For quantities that justify the run we deliver anywhere in Bulgaria with our own transport.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
There is no fixed minimum. The quantity affects the price per pallet, because the transport is spread across the load, but it does not decide whether we take the order.
What does delivery cost?
It depends on the quantity and the distance, and it is stated together with the quote rather than added at the end. Because the vehicles are ours rather than an outside carrier’s, the cost stays lower.
Can I collect the pallets myself?
Yes. The yard is at 270 Vasil Levski Blvd in Plovdiv, open Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–14:00. Call ahead so the goods are ready.
Can you buy back pallets on the same visit?
Yes, and it is the most economical way to do it. Many customers sell us worn pallets and buy sound ones on the same run — one journey, one set of paperwork, and the value of the old stock comes off the price of the new.
