Our Own Transport
At G-PAL Ltd we aim to give our customers as much convenience and flexibility as possible when ordering and taking delivery of euro pallets, pallets, skids and timber. We run our own transport, which lets us deliver or collect the goods quickly and safely, straight to or from your site or warehouse.
Because the transport is ours, we can guarantee that deliveries arrive on time and that the service behind them is dependable. Our team makes sure the pallets travel safely, which is what keeps them in good condition and makes them last. With G-PAL Ltd you get not just quality products but logistics you can rely on.
What G-PAL does, in short
G-PAL covers the whole cycle around wooden packaging — from making a new pallet to buying back a worn one. That means you do not have to deal with four different suppliers: inspection, quote, processing and haulage all go through one team and one contract.
Pallet and skid buy-back
We buy EPAL and UIC euro pallets, industrial and non-standard pallets, skids, lids and collars — including ones needing repair. We inspect on site, quote by grade and collect with our own vehicles. Details on the pallet buy-back page.
Timber impregnation
We impregnate by immersion in our own dipping tank — both timber we supply and timber you bring. A standard dip runs 30 to 60 minutes; an extended 24-hour immersion gives penetration of up to 3 mm. See how the process works and the impregnation prices.
Repair to the EPAL standard
G-PAL is a licensed euro pallet repair operator under licence BG-308. A broken board or block is no reason to scrap a pallet — we repair in the workshop with approved materials, and the pallet goes back into service with valid marking.
Our own transport and delivery
We run our own vehicles, which lets us control the schedule ourselves instead of waiting on an outside carrier. We load and deliver anywhere in the country — see our own transport and the delivery terms.
Made to order
We make pallets and skids in non-standard sizes to your specification. For an accurate quote we need the dimensions, the weight of the load, whether the deck is solid or slatted, where it will stand and whether it leaves the EU.
How to order a service
- Enquiry. Write or call with the type of material, the quantity and the location. Two or three photographs are enough for a first assessment.
- Inspection and quote. We inspect on site or from photographs and give a price within the working day.
- Arranging it. We agree the day, the time and the method of loading.
- Execution and paperwork. Companies get an invoice or a handover protocol.
Frequently asked questions
Do you only work in Plovdiv?
No. Our base is in Plovdiv, but for quantities that justify the run we cover the whole country with our own transport.
Is there a minimum quantity?
There is no fixed minimum. We handle small and large orders alike — the quantity affects the price per unit, not whether we take the job.
Can you impregnate timber I supply?
Yes. We treat customers’ own material too. The wood needs to be cut to its final size before treatment — any cut afterwards exposes untreated timber.
Do you provide export documentation?
For export outside the EU, pallets are heat treated and carry an ISPM 15 stamp. The stamp on the wood is itself the proof of treatment.
